Wind-up Shooting Drill with Face Dodges - Focus - Windup like you are going to shoot, and then face dodge before you shoot. Use a prop as a defender to run around if you have it

Over the Cone Shooting
Put a cone about 10 yards away form the goal, in the top center area. Add another cone about 5 yards away, but diagonally. Start at the higher cone, get over the cone and back down hill for your shot on the run
