Garber Gorilla Lacrosse provides world-class training and education that develops players both on and off the field through a player-first, academy-style environment. Our mission is to help athletes grow their skills, lacrosse IQ, leadership, sportsmanship, and love for the game while preparing them to compete with confidence at every level.
THE CLA MODEL
At Garber Gorilla Lacrosse, we use the Constraints-Led Approach (CLA) as our coaching model to develop complete lacrosse players, not players trained for just one system. Through small-sided games, representative learning environments, and guided problem-solving, athletes learn how to read the game, make decisions under pressure, and adapt to constantly changing situations. Rather than memorizing patterns, players develop creativity, game IQ, confidence, and transferable skills that allow them to succeed in any offensive or defensive system they play in throughout their lacrosse journey.
