Our Virtual Lacrosse Academy offers personalized, one-on-one training tailored to each player’s age, position, and individual goals. Every week, athletes receive customized training videos designed to enhance their specific skill set—whether it’s refining stick work, improving footwork, mastering shooting mechanics, or developing better defensive techniques. Our program adapts to each player’s needs, ensuring attackmen, midfielders, defensemen, and goalies get position-specific drills that translate directly to their game. Whether working at home or with friends, players gain access to expert coaching, structured development plans, and a pathway to measurable improvement, helping them build confidence and elevate their performance on the field.

DAILY ROUTINE WEEK 5 & 6 - BALL CONTROL

Groundball Pogression

Same Ground Ball progression as last week + space Cradles drill with escapes. You can do this drill solo

Ground Ball progression - 10 Minutes (30 seconds on / 30 seconds off)

Jab Step Intro for Dodging - 50 Reps - Both hands

DAILY ROUTINE WEEK 5 & 6 - SHOOTING

Focus on your comfort and hand positioning

  1. Watch video on foundational shooting concepts (Intro to Shooting)

  2. Wind-up Shooting Drill with Face Dodges - Focus - Windup like you are going to shoot, and then face dodge before you shoot. Use a prop as a defender to run around if you have it

    1. 5-8 minutes - 30-40 reps

  3. Three Step Shooting - Introduction to shooting on the run

    1. 5-10 Minutes - 30-40 reps
